If you have problems with the installation, then I recommend switching to an Administrator user. Once you have logged with the Administrator, right click the setup package and choose Run as Administrator. When the installation starts, follow the instructions and you should have a working software. However, if you encounter errors during the installation, it's possible that the package you are trying to install is not compatible with the operating system installed on your computer. Unfortunately, the official website doesn't offer any ramification about this product. Contact the developer at the following URL.
